When I left the Marine Corps, I no longer wore the uniform, but the values it instilled in me never left—discipline, resilience, accountability, and commitment to something greater than myself. As I stepped into new roles as a husband, father, and business owner, I learned that leadership isn’t confined to the military. It’s found in the everyday moments—providing for your family, overcoming adversity, and doing the right thing when no one is watching.
